What products do you sell?
ATIK offers fragrance oils, perfume roll-ons, perfume sprays, air fresheners, car fragrance refills and related fragrance products.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We currently operate online and do not have a public retail shop for customer visits.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer UK delivery only. Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout based on the products in your order and your delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@atikperfumes.com.
We may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been processed or dispatched.
Can I return an item?
Eligible return requests can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Some items may not be suitable for return once opened, used or unsealed, especially products intended for personal use, hygiene-sensitive items or products that cannot be resold safely.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I use fragrance oils directly on my skin?
No. Fragrance oils are concentrated products and should not be applied directly to the skin unless the product instructions clearly state that they are suitable for that use.
